BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Cancellation fees are as follows:
       Before February 15 2012: $0
       Between February 15, 2012 & March 14, 2012: $100 per cancelled room
       Between March 15, 2012 & April 14, 2012: $300 per cancelled room.
       After April 14, 2012: $1,200 for each cancelled room.

  • We reserve the right to alter the quoted hotel accommodation to hotels of the same grade should the need arise.

  • Everyone must arrange their own travel insurance including all personal property and provide details of their insurance coverage before the date of departure, i.e. the name of the insurance company, the policy number, & the date of expiry. Courtyard Travel can arrange travel insurance for you at a competitive rate. Travel insurance arranged by them provides coverage for trip cancellation, travel delays, lost luggage, medical emergencies and more. When purchased within 14 days of completing the Registration Form and paying the trip deposit, pre-existing conditions are covered.

  • The tour is subject to a minimum number of 20 people and a maximum number of 44 people wishing to participate.

DEPOSIT

 
A minimum amount of $500 per person payable on registration by debit or credit card.
 

Donation

 
The total payment includes a minimum donation of $500 per person towards the funding of the project. We will provide individual tax deduction receipts to each participant. We welcome any additional donations to help ensure that the project will be sustainable in the long term.
